The Challenge: While the social media category is well-established, the virtual world category remains an uncharted frontier. Yet, for a social media giant, the potential within the virtual world category is boundless. The true challenge lies in effectively harnessing that power.
The Solution: Utilizing online ethnographic diaries and user workshops to pinpoint the ideal intersection for a virtual world blending social interaction, playfulness, and creativity.
Results included the development and visualization of a value proposition framework that ignited enthusiasm among leadership, marketing, and product teams, propelling the product to new heights.
